Anatomy of the PARATRIKE: The Essential Parts of This Exciting Aircraft
The paratrike is made up of three main components: the paraglider, the engine, and the trike.
- The paraglider is a specially designed wing that generates lift as air flows through it.
- The engine provides the necessary power to propel the flight.
- The trike is a lightweight, three-wheeled structure that allows the pilot to take off and land comfortably and stably from a flat surface.
WHAT IS A PARATRIKE?
- A paratrike is an incredible form of powered paragliding that combines a motorized paraglider with a lightweight trike.
- It’s an accessible and thrilling way to experience the sensation of flying in a safe and controlled environment.

- It allows takeoff from the ground without the need to run. For those whose barrier to powered paragliding is the inability to run properly, the paratrike is an excellent solution to enjoy flying.

Before Your Solo Flight:
THE INSTRUCTION PARATRIKE FLIGHT
This is the instructional flight that we carry out in the PARATRIKE TRAINING.
In the video we can see how the student enjoys a two-seater flight with his instructor, while allowing him to pilot the paraglider. Thanks to the instructional flight you will be able to complete your learning phase before flying autonomously.
This training allows students to connect directly with the flight, helping them feel much calmer and more confident when flying later on their own. It is an incredible and unforgettable experience that all students and instructors are grateful to live and share.
TRAINING SUMMARY
- The Paramotor Training consists of 10 sessions, spread over multiple days, with each session lasting approximately 3 hours. Given the physical and mental demands of the training, our experience indicates that this is the ideal duration for students to learn effectively and enjoy the process.
- If needed, we offer the posibility to extend the training with additional 3-hour sessions. This allows us to provide personalized attention and extra practice, ensuring that each student masters the necessary skills and gains confidence in their paramotoring abilities. Our aim is to deliver a comprehensive and enjoyable learning experience tailored to your individual needs.
All the equipment is included: Paragliders, paramotors, propellers, fuel, ground handling harness, media systems and all safety equipment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Age between 18 and 65 years.
- Weight less than 120 kg.
- Frequently practice some sport.
- If you have any medical problems or have had surgery, you need to let us know so we can adapt the training to your specific needs and requirements.

The paragliders we use are from the Windtech brand, and the paramotors are from the Paramotores HE brand. Due to our knowledge and experience, we believe that these two companies are the best in terms of quality and price on the market. We have been teaching and flying with them for more than 10 years. We trust them and they have always given us wonderful performance and results. They make paramotoring a safer and more enjoyable activity. They stand out for their constant innovation, their deep knowledge of the sport and their magnificent ability to listen to and meet the needs of their clients.
EXTRA SESSIONS
- Some students need more time and dedication to develop their flying performance. That’s why we give them the opportunity to continue growing and practicing with us.
- For these students, we offer extra 3-hour sessions. This provides personalized attention and helps them refine their skills and build confidence. Our goal is to offer a complete and enjoyable training experience tailored to each individual.
All equipment is still included: Paragliders, paramotors, propellers, ground handling harness, media systems and all safety equipment.
